Batelco, Bahrain’s leading mobile services provider, has introduced a service which allows its postpaid customers to customise their mobile package by adding different bundled services to suit their specific needs and budget.

Titled My Package, this is a first of its kind service for telecommunications in the Bahrain market, a statement said.

The mobile services are categorized as Voice, SMS, Data and Blackberry services. Additionally, the My Package price plan also features other extras for customers to benefit from.

According to Batelco, no two people have the same exact requirement and accordingly has designed My Package to provide maximum flexibility.

With this new service, Batelco’s postpaid customers have the ability to select from the variety of voice, SMS and Data services to suit their specific needs based on usage and behaviour.

Customers firstly need to select at least one of the basic services from Voice, SMS or Data. Other services can only be added when one of the first three (Voice, SMS, Data) are active.

“The launch of My Package puts the control over our customers’ mobile packages in their own hands and gives them a simple and convenient way to tailor their mobile services to suit their requirements,” said Ahmed Al Janahi, Batelco Group general manger media relations.
