HCL Technologies has appointed Vineet Nayar, CEO and whole time director of HCL Technologies, additionally as its vice chairman with effect from November 1.

This promotion will be an addition to Vineet Nayar’s current duties as CEO and whole time board member.

Nayar joined HCL in 1985 as a management trainee and in 1993 he created the start-up company, Comnet. In 2005, he became president and in 2007 was appointed as the CEO of HCL Technologies. In 2008 he was appointed as a whole time director of the company. – TradeArabia News Service
