Batelco, the leading telecom service provider in Bahrain, is sponsoring a special networking evening at the British Embassy, organised by the Bahrain British Business Forum (BBBF).

The BBBF Business Bazaar which takes place tomorrow (October 20) will provide a showcase for the BBBF’s special interest groups, one of which is IT and telecoms.

BBBF chair of the Interest Groups, Jill Boggiss explained that the BBBF wants to create a vibrant community of people who share passion and interest in their area of work or business.

“The industry specific groups provide the opportunity for like-minded business executives to share knowledge and ideas and connect with others in their chosen field,” Boggiss said.

“As all businesses today are reliant on dependable telecommunications Batelco’s involvement is a perfect fit for our Business Bazaar event,” she added.

Batelco general manager media relations Ahmed Al Janahi said that Batelco was a keen supporter of business events as they provided the opportunity to interact with many of their customers and receive their feedback.
