FDC opens Lenovo centre in Baghdad

Dubai, October 18, 2010

FDC International, a leading IT distribution organization, has opened its first authorized service centre for Lenovo in Baghdad, it said at the ongoing Gitex 2010 in Dubai.

The service centre is fully equipped with state of art equipments and will be serviced by well experienced technical engineers on Lenovo products to ensure high level of customer satisfaction, it added.

It is also stocked with spare parts which will help in reducing the turn-around time for repairs.

“We are extremely happy to partner with Lenovo to extend our services in Iraq,” said Rama Subramaniam, manager-operations, FDC International.

“Our main focus is to improve customer satisfaction by improving after- sales support and service. Apart from Lenovo, the service centre will also support other products portfolio of FDC like Western Digital, Seagate, Elite, Shuttle and so on,” he added. – TradeArabia News Service
