Dubai, October 13, 2010
Novell said it is introducing solutions specifically designed for Middle East companies to integrate mixed IT environments, delivering value-added benefits such as minimised business costs, complexity and risks.
Novell's new business strategy for the region is part of ongoing efforts to re-establish its presence in the Middle East by addressing key challenges of clients in a more efficient, flexible, and scalable manner.
Novell has been customising its Intelligent Workload Management (IWM) solutions to match the distinct requirements of Middle East businesses, while optimising its entire value chain from pre-sales and marketing to partnerships and support, to enhance the company's ability to help customers boost their business potential in the post-crisis era.
“Availability, reliability, scalability and security are among the top concerns within enterprise IT frameworks, which often tend to use multiple IT components. In this regard, Novell's specially developed IT integration solutions, specifically our IWM systems, help ensure that people and technology function harmoniously to address different challenges,” said Diyaa Zebian, managing director, Novell Middle East & North Africa.
Intelligent Workload Management is emerging as a popular approach to IT resource delivery across physical, virtual and cloud computing environments. The paradigm ensures optimal delivery of business services by combining aspects of dynamic infrastructure, virtualisation, identity management and software appliance development to ensure that computing resources are managed in a secure and compliant manner.-TradeArabia News Service
