LINK Development, Egypt’s leading regional software & services company, has named Irini Raafat as its new managing director.

This organisational change follows the formation of OTVentures, a fully-owned Orascom Telecom subsidiary that is now being led by its new chief executive officer and former chief executive of LINK Development, Hanan Abdel-Meguid.

Irini Raafat’s roles as the company’s products general manager and most recently innovation manager, have contributed immensely to the strategy and vision of LINK Development’s evolution, said a statement.
