ITEC launches new document capture technology

ITEC, a leading provider of electronic document management, business process management and customer communication management solutions, has released its latest in-house developed product, docuCAP.
The docuCAP is an enterprise production document capture solution designed specifically to capture large volumes of paper-based and image-based documents in a structured batch process, said a company statement.
It consists of three modules - Administration Module, Client Module and Release Server- and offers the latest technologies in document capture managment, said a senior official.
"With the help of docuCAP, once documents are captured, sorted out in batches automatically or manually, they are seamlessly imported into practically any DMS system in an organized way, thus taking document capture experience to new levels of efficiency, accuracy and simplicity," explained ITEC general manager Jihad Jaljouli.
"Realizing that governmental organizations and large enterprises' need cutting-edge solutions to speed up the flow of information across their organization, through managing the capture, transformation and exchange of business critical information arising in paper or electronic formats in a more accurate, timely and cost effective manner, ITEC developed a comprehensive and intelligent system designed to capture virtually any type of document (image, fax, paper document, etc.) and sort them out in batches, all the while offering intuitive indexing and sorting techniques."
