Eset signs distribution deal in Egypt

Adaox Middle East, the regional business development centre of Eset NOD32 Antivirus, has signed a retail distribution agreement with KMG Technology in Egypt, a specialized IT security distributor.
KMG Technology will promote Eset’s security solutions by providing an expert technical team to assist customers with product demonstrations, proof of concept and after sales support.
“Eset is one of the global market leaders in the area of antivirus solutions and client security, and complements KMG’s security portfolio perfectly,” said Amir Rafla, managing partner, KMG Technology.
“There is an urgent need for reliable and robust security offerings in a huge market like Egypt and we believe Eset NOD32 fulfils those criteria.”

KMG Technology is focused on distribution of security products in Egypt, and has plans to expand its activities to different countries in the near future. The distributor has an extensive reseller base of resellers and retailers across Egypt, a statement said.
