Alcatel-Lucent, a global telecom company, has launched its new converged partner program (CPP) for resellers addressing the enterprise communication market in the Middle East.

This new program offers a flexible and consistent framework for Alcatel-Lucent partners making it easier for them and their customers to leverage Alcatel-Lucent products and solutions.

The CPP is adding value to the end-users through improved certification, solution specializations and accreditation elements associated with different types of partnership, a statement said.

The program supports a mutually beneficial relationship in which partners arrange to sell all or portions of Alcatel-Lucent’s broad product and solutions portfolio.

Solutions include IP telephony, contact centers, IP network infrastructure, unified communication, network management and optimization, on site and off site mobility, and security.
