UAE telecom provider du has launched ‘e-bill,’ a paperless e-billing service, to provide customers with increased flexibility and convenience, and in line with its environmentally-responsible corporate practices.

The new service allows customers to view their du bills online and make payments online without waiting for traditional mail.

e-bill is being offered to individual customers with du home and postpaid (Elite and monthly plan) accounts and will be soon available to business customers as well.

“In addition to being an eco-friendly service, e-bill will streamline the payment process, offering customers a convenience and ease,” stated Farid Faraidooni, EVP Commercial, du.
