Batelco launches e-billing for Business customers

Bahrain's leading telecom company Batelco has announced the launch of e-Billing service for business customers, as part of its ongoing service enhancements.
Batelco is the first company in the Kingdom to offer electronic bills directly to their customers’ email accounts, said a senior official.
“e-Billing is a crucial step in taking the lead in serving our customers electronically,” said Batelco Group general manager Media & Government Relations Ahmed Al Janahi.
"The 'e-Billing' is simply about receiving your bills online instead of through the post. The free service allows customers to access their bills at anytime online as well as receiving their monthly bill directly to their email account. Customers also have the option to pay their bills through the e-Billing site - by credit or debit card."
“We have introduced e-Billing to meet the demand from customers. This has been one of the most heavily requested services due to the increasing popularity of electronic services which are easy to use, convenient and additionally environmentally friendly,” said Al Janahi.
