The payments can be made through direct debit, e-dirham and credit cards.

This centralised e-payment gateway provides a wide range of services for customers to make online payment transactions with leading commercial establishments such as DP World, Economic Zones World, Dubai Multi Commodities Centre and Leisure Corp.

Palm Utilities, which operates through its subsidiaries Palm District Cooling and Palm Water, can now offer clients direct access to Rosoom platform through which they can make their utility bill payments online.

“We are pleased to sign up Palm Utilities on to the portal,” said Mahmood Al Bastaki, director Dubai Trade.
