Sage Software, a leading global supplier of enterprise resource planning (ERP) and customer relationship management (CRM) solutions, recently hosted a road show in Bahrain showcasing its latest products.
The company, along with its local partner Fakhroo IT Services, introduced its new ‘Sage Accpac ERP v5.5’ and the Extended Enterprise Suite with integrated ‘Sage CRM’ at the event organised at the Ritz-Carlton Bahrain, Hotel and Spa.
Offering a seamless, cross-functional integration between CRM and ERP, the ‘Sage Accpac ERP v5.5’ enhances collaboration between departments, facilitates improved customer relationships, and enables customers to improve their decision-making ability, said a statement.
By combining the benefits of ERP and CRM to support integrated front and back office business processes and workflow, it provides comprehensive business management applications that deliver high performance, advanced functionality, cross-product integration and freedom of choice.
“As a pioneer in delivering effective ERP, CRM, and HRM solutions, we are seeking to provide SMBs in Bahrain, with a broad range of end-to-end business management applications that can help them enhance their competitive advantage amidst these tough economic conditions,” said Tariq Fakhroo, managing director, Fakhroo IT Services.
“Our commitment to the Bahrain market stems from its economic diversity and its potential to become one of the most important regional SMB markets, which will require the support of robust front and back end office solutions to ensure business continuity and prosperity.”
Vikram Suri, managing director, Sage Software, said: “In this age of e-Business evolution, our strategy to seek markets with great requirements for ERP, CRM and HRM solutions is matched by our policy to partner with leading companies such as Fakhroo IT Services, who has the capacity to expand the reach of our products and help us make a difference in the business efficiencies of our customers.”
“The success of our road show in Bahrain reflects high interest in the new version of ‘Sage Accpac ERP’ and underlines the growing need for solutions that would meet specific needs of the SMB market, which have motivated us to plan similar road shows in Saudi Arabia and Qatar,” Suri concluded. – TradeArabia News Service
