Jaleel Holdings deploys SAP ERP solutions

Jaleel Holdings, the UAE’s largest wholesaler of fast moving consumer goods (FMCG), 
is implementing SAP ERP solutions to modernise its IT and business processes infrastructure, facilitating the conglomerate’s regional reach.

With net turnover of more than Dh1 billion, Jaleel Holdings, which owns Jaleel Wholesale Point, Jaleel FMCG Distribution and J Mart Supermarket, is using SAP solutions to enhance and automate business process within the group, as well as facilitate its aggressive expansion plans.

“The UAE’s FMCG market remains one of the most competitive in the world, and SAP has proven industry specific solutions,” said Abdul Gafoor Kunhu Mohamed, executive director, Jaleel Holdings.

“SAP solutions will enable us to better manage our inventory holding and product range, and allow for transparency and improved control measures throughout the organisation,” added Sameer Kunhu Mohamed, managing director, Jaleel Holdings.

The solutions will allow company executives to make accurate, real-time decisions regarding stock and inventory, deliver products at minimum cost to consumers and manage product turnover and business volumes.
