The Wave, Muscat picks German partner

The Wave, Muscat, the $4 billion Omani Integrated Tourism Complex, has selected German online collaboration solution think project! for web-based information and document management services.

Think project! enables The Wave and its project partners to work on a central platform to securely access and exchange information and documents at any time and from any place, said a company statement.

The Wave, Muscat is an international, award winning development, which is providing an opportunity for a whole new way of life for the residents of Oman.

The multi cultural community, comprising more than 4,000 villas, apartments and townhouses, is offering the  first-ever freehold option for expatriates within the Sultanate.

The mixed-used property project chose think project! for managing its plethora of information and documents, including correspondence, RFIs and architectural drawings.

The online collaboration system supports The Wave, Muscat by regulating communication and co-ordinating processes between all project members. As a consequence, information flows more smoothly and The Wave, Muscat is able to optimise project collaboration.

'The Wave, Muscat is the first ITC project in the Sultanate of Oman and as such we are pioneering the methods and the protocol involved in bringing the development to fruition, right from the moment of sale through to the issue of the Title Deed for the owner.'
