Dubai, August 16, 2008

Dell has added three leading organisations to its virtualisation customer base across EMEA which has seen continuous growth.

Its latest customers are the British Horseracing Authority, Expectra Group and Liverpool Women’s Hospital.

All of them have achieved substantial cost savings, increased energy efficiency and productivity, and reduced their administrative workloads by migrating to Dell PowerEdge servers running VMware virtualisation solutions backed by Dell’s Infrastructure Consulting Services that provided a tailored solution for all their different needs.

“Dell has made it simple for customers to experience immediate benefits from server virtualisation, through operational efficiency and cost savings.” said Jul Johansen, enterprise solutions manager, Dell Middle East.

“We are also helping our customers tap into the wider potential the technology promises, supporting their move beyond hypervisors and consolidation to disaster recovery, high availability and dynamic provisioning,” he added.-TradeArabia News Service
