CrysTelCall wins ME call center award

CrysTelCall, the first independent outsourcing contact center in Jordan, won the prestigious award for the 'Best Outsourcing Service Provider (OSP)' in the Middle
East in a ceremony held in Dubai.
CrysTelCall was nominated besides other regional call centers after an expert panel evaluated the organization on different criteria which included the quality of service provided, customer references, technology, the processes implemented and the service delivery architecture.
Based on this, CrysTelCall was ranked the first in the Middle East in the category of call centers with less than 71 seats.
CrysTelCall which marked its’ first year anniversary in May, has achieved remarkable results so far, said a company official.
"CrysTelCall provides services in four languages including English, Arabic, French and Russian and serves clients locally, regionally and internationally in eight vertical markets including IT, Telecom, Banking, Real Estate, Automotive, Insurance, Government and Media," explained Rami Sweis, CEO of CrysTelCall.
The company has developed a technology and service delivery architecture that is based on the highest industry standards, he said.
CrysTelCall with its main headquarters and operations facility in Jordan has also established an office in Canada to provide sales and marketing support in North America.
