JRF acquires MenalTech’s HR software

The Jordan River Foundation (JRF) has acquired the new MenaITech software system that manages information and reduces the costs of operating HR solution.
MenaITech is the first software company in the Arab region specialised in the development and distribution of Human Resources solutions to top public and private companies of various countries operating in the Middle East and North Africa, said an official spokesman.
MenaITech was founded in 2003 by a group of talented and experienced HR and IT professionals and aims at providing HR solutions that maximise the return on the human capital investment for all its customers.
“Since the basis of Human Resources management lies in empowering and retaining satisfied employees bearing in mind that MenaITech is the product of a local team of experts, we believe that providing NGO’s with our solutions will further promote their efforts and objectives in catering to the wants and needs of their people,” said

Director General of JRF Valentina Qussisiya signified the importance of acquiring such software since JRF believes that empowerment comes from within; therefore empowering and strengthening staff will enable JRF to better serve the community.
“As a leading Jordanian NGO, JRF has extensive capacity in areas that comprises a soundly managed entity, including highly developed policies, procedures and systems in administrative management,” said administration manager at the Foundation Hussam Mansour.
He added that the main objective of the Human Resources and Personnel Services is to adapt and facilitate the development of JRF programmes by adopting new methodologies to assist employees to be dynamic and flexible.
MenaITech's clients include Save the Children and the Welfare Association in Palestine. This partnership was done as part of MenaITech's corporate social responsibility, that is conducted on a yearly basis as part of its role to actively involve and engage itself in the Jordanian community and with the Jordanian people.
The Jordan River Foundation (JRF), established in 1995 and chaired by Queen Rania, is a non-profit Jordanian non-governmental organization (NGO), which aims to empower society, especially women and children, thus improving their quality of life. – TradeArabia News Service
