Kanoo IT has completed the required certifications to achieve the Nortel small and medium business (SMB) reseller status in Bahrain.

The information communication technology solution provider will now be able to offer Nortel SMB Voice and SMB Data solutions to its end customers in Bahrain, reported Gulf Daily News.

Kanoo IT will source Nortel SMB product portfolio through Nortel distributors.

The product portfolio includes SMB voice and SMB data products. Voice products include Nortel Business Communication Manager Offering Nortel Digital and IP Telephony Solution with a variety of Business Series Phones, Intelligent Contact Centre and other products.

The Nortel Business Ethernet Switch portfolio provides a data information infrastructure that supports the business requirements of the small to medium sized businesses.

Through a purpose-built hardware design and software feature-set, the Business Ethernet Switch portfolio allows users of all technical levels to quickly and easily integrate these products into new or existing IT infrastructures.
