Acer plans customer service camp

Dubai, August 6, 2007

Acer Computer, the Middle East’s leading supplier of notebook and desktop computers, has launched ‘Acer Care Camp.’

The initiative aims at providing Acer users free servicing and maintenance for their computers.

“With customer service taking precedence in today’s competitive IT market, Acer’s service programme is a realisation of our long-term commitment to empowering customers,” said Bernard Lobo, Service Account Manager, Customer Service Division, Acer Computer ME.

“Acer end-users can take advantage of this unique facility to enhance their entire computer experience. We want to offer something extraordinary and the ‘Acer Care Camp’ is just that, an opportunity to provide a value-added service to all our users,” said Lobo.

The “Acer Care Camp” runs from the August 14-16, and enables interested Acer customers to visit major Acer retailers – Jumbo and Redington - for free servicing.

Acer Computer (M.E) has been awarded ‘Superbrands’ status for 2007 by the Superbrands organisation, an independent arbiter on branding. - TradeArabia News Service
