EU must work hard to maintain unity: Estonia PM
TALLINN, June 24, 2016
The European Union should work hard to maintain unity after Britain voted to leave the EU, Estonian Prime Minister Taavi Roivas said on Friday.
"We must draw our conclusions for the whole of Europe from the British referendum and work hard so that we do not lose the unity of the European Union," Roivas said in a statement.
In the same statement, Foreign Minister Marina Kaljurand said a final British exit from the EU would likely take several years. "The determination of future relationships (will take) even longer," she added. - Reuters
