Kanoo Shipping, a fully owned business division of Yusuf bin Ahmed Kanoo Group, said it was recently honoured with the ‘Ship Agent of the Year’ award at the Seatrade Maritime Awards event held at the Atlantis the Palm, in Dubai, UAE.

The ‘Ship Agent of the Year’ Award was accepted by Kanoo Shipping executive general manager Jonathan Bygrave and the event was attended by executives from Kanoo Shipping including the company’s head of commercial Nikolai Norman and members of the management team, said a statement.

Almost 1,000 industry professionals attended the Seatrade Maritime Awards 2018, the most influential award scheme for the Middle East, Indian Subcontinent and Africa. The awards attract a powerful cluster of maritime influencers, leaders and personalities.
