Estonia-based Nortal, a multinational strategic change and technology company, and Al Maskari Holding (AMH) have signed a cooperation agreement to introduce Nortal’s unique solutions in the UAE.

Nortal has unique experience in creating e-government and business solutions, with strategic approach and data-driven technology.

Nortal is a company known for building roughly a third of Estonia’s e-government solutions, helping to transform Estonia into a global digital leader, said a Nortal statement.

Among other projects, the company played a substantial role in helping create an acclaimed tax solution for Estonia that ranked as the most competitive tax system in the OECD according to a Tax Foundation report.

The vision Nortal helped set up for Dubai states that, by 2021, all public services would be available via electronic channels around the clock, and the Dubai government will work 24/7 and 365 days a year.

There will be no need to visit any government service centre in person; users will receive the results and documentation of services in electronic form on mobile devices.

Nortal has been operating in the GCC region since 2009.
