Ebrahim K. Kanoo, a diversified business conglomerate based in Bahrain, has welcomed the first batch of its Graduate Recruitment and Development Programme which aims to provide unique job opportunities to young Bahrainis.

The inaugural batch of graduates was successfully chosen based on their academic achievements followed by a rigorous assessment and interview process, said a statement from the company.

The two-year programme, designed to provide both general professional skills and specialist technical development opportunities, will take the graduates through a job rotation schedule in order to understand every division of the company and where their individual strengths can be best utilised.

Managing director Talal Kanoo affirmed the importance of such schemes that see exceptional Bahraini talent being invested in.
