Ebrahim K Kanoo, the exclusive distributor of Michelin tyres in Bahrain, recently participated and showcased Michelin’s latest offerings at the Bahrain Standards Exhibition which was held at the Bahrain City Center, Manama.

The exhibition was hosted by the Bahraini Standards and Metrology Directorate in the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Tourism.

Emphasising the importance of setting standards, monitoring markets and calibrating scales, the event was created to educate the public on best practices and the efforts undertaken by the ministry and local companies to bring only the best and safest items into the kingdom, said a statement from the company.

At the exhibition, Michelin emphasised importance of tyre safety, highlighting the steps one should undertake while purchasing and maintaining tyres to ensure optimum safety and efficiency of their tyres, it said.

Michelin also displayed various tyres along with cross sections of each, with expert staff on hand to inform the public about the importance of maintaining tyres especially during the summer months, it added. – TradeArabia News Service
