Dubai CRM firm posts triple digit growth

DUBAI, April 17, 2018

Dubai-based 4C, a customer relation management (CRM) software implementation company, has announced another year of triple digit growth in the region, driven by increased market confidence, and demand for cost-effective solutions that drive digital transformation.

The company said that it’s set to further expand its workforce and introduce new configure, price and quote (CPQ) service to cater to increased regional demand.

Cloud computing in the Middle East is rapidly evolving from a buzzword to an industry-wide trend with large scale implementations by regional enterprises, particularly in the Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) segment, said the company in a statement.

The Dubai firm, which doubled its office space in the region last year, also tripled its workforce following the successful addition of more than 30 new customer accounts in the same period.

Jake Callaway, managing director, (Mena), said: “Initial reluctance to trusting vital business processes to third-party providers has faded as businesses have realised the cloud is the fundamental enabler of digital transformation.”

“Our company strategically timed its entry in to the region and the investments we have made over the last two years now place us in a strong position to capitalise on this change in mindset,” he said.

“We are Europe, the Middle East and Africa’s (EMEA) largest independent salesforce platinum partner and we see the cloud-based CRM system as a robust and versatile platform to match the technological ambitions of digitally-driven businesses,” he added.-TradeArabia News Service
