Emirates Global Aluminium (EGA), the largest industrial company in the UAE outside oil and gas, recently welcomed a delegation from Mohammed Bin Rashid Center for Leadership Development (MBRCLD).

Dr Ali Al Zarouni, executive vice president - production, development and technology transfer, at EGA received the visitors and shared an update on the operational progress at the Jebel Ali site, said a statement.

MBRCLD represents the vision of HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, UAE Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai in building a generation of leaders empowered to achieve the vision of Dubai.

MBRCLD was set up in 2003 with the intention of “creating leaders for tomorrow”. Today, the centre witnesses the benefits of the seeds it sowed in the development programs that were delivered in the form of Emirati leaders in senior positions currently.

The centre has sought to identify, nurture and develop Emirati leaders at all levels of government who would enable Dubai to achieve it ambitious vision as laid out in the DSP. – TradeArabia News Service
