SR Technics, a leading maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) service provider with major presence in the UAE, was recognised as the ‘Best Partner of 2017’ by Korean Air, for providing exceptional support and cooperation.

The contract was signed back in 2002 and services on the carrier’s fleet have been provided by SR Technics Line Maintenance team at Zurich Airport every day since 2017 on Airbus A330, Boeing 777 and Boeing 787 aircraft types without any failures or delays, said a statement from the company, which has Abu Dhabi-based Mubadala as a minority shareholder.

Other key factors of being awarded were the high quality and professionalism of the work provided and trusted relationship in supporting the airline’s maintenance requirements, it said.
