Gulf Craft wins top ‘customer service’ award

UAE-based Gulf Craft, a manufacturer of luxury yachts and fibreglass boats, was recently recognised for its exceptional customer service and business leading efforts at the prestigious MENAA Awards, which was held in Dubai, UAE.
The awards celebrate organisational best practice in leadership and customer service across the Middle East, North Africa, and Asia.
The fourth edition of the MENAA Awards were held in partnership with the Institute of Leadership and Management, City and Guilds Group, and Zurich University of Applied Sciences, said a statement.
Gulf Craft won the ‘Customer Delight Award’, which honours an organisation that aspires to not only meet, but also exceed customer expectations through a variety of initiatives, including the introduction of innovative products and services that are relevant to customer needs, timely and accurate delivery of a product or service, creating positive customer experiences, and the presence of clear and credible standards, it said.
Mahmoud Itani, Gulf Craft’s marketing and communications manager, was also honoured with the ‘Best Business Leader Award’, which is granted to a business leader who has made a valuable contribution to an organisation and played an instrumental role in its growth on both a national and international level, it added.
