Oman-based Dhofar Global, a leading supplier of hygiene care products in the Middle East, was recognised with ‘The BIZZ 2016’ award by Texas-based World Confederation of Business (Worldcob), at an event in Monte Carlo, Monaco.

The company is a hygiene care company with significant presence in the UAE through its offices and warehouses in Dubai and Sharjah. It specialises in producing high-quality, competitively-priced products such as air fresheners and hand dryers, aluminium foil and cling film, dispenser and garbage bag, soaps and chemicals, and tissues and micro fibre cloth, among others.

Worldcob is a leading organisation that encourages worldwide business development.

The gala ceremony recognises business excellence in small, medium and large companies, said a statement.

The BIZZ is considered a leading business award and is given out by Worldcob to the most outstanding companies and businesspeople in each country, it added.

Michael Anthony, group chief operating officer of Dhofar Global and Chandan Singh, CEO of Dhofar Global received the trophy, it said.
