Agthia Group wins top honours
ABU DHABI, February 28, 2016
Abu Dhabi-based Agthia Group, a leading food and beverage company, has won three awards at a ceremony held alongside Gulfood 2016, the world’s largest food event held annually in Dubai.
Agthia Group won the ‘Best Food Company’ recognition; it was awarded for the ‘Best Marketing Campaign’ for its Al Ain Essentials for Life campaign; and also for the ‘Best Baked or Confectionary Product’ for its Monty’s Bakehouse products, said a statement from the company.
Several brands under Agthia’s portfolio of products were also finalists in their respective categories, including the Grand Baker Croissants for ‘Best New Halal Food’ and ‘Best New Baked or Confectionary Product’ and Yoplait Fruit Burst in the ‘Best Newcomer Brand’ category, it added.
