InSinkErator, a business unit of Emerson - the inventor and manufacturer of food waste disposers and instant hot water dispensers for home and commercial use, has signed a deal with the Saudi Arabian Company for Tools and Hardware (Saco), a publicly-listed company specialising in import, export, wholesale and retail of hardware products. 

 

The agreement will provide InSinkErator access to Saco's extensive retail network across the kingdom, said a statement.

 

Mohamed Karam, business development manager for the Middle East and Africa, InSinkErator, said: “We are delighted to team up with a partner with a retail network as widespread as Saco. Consumers in the kingdom are increasingly aware of sustainability and their carbon-footprint and have been demanding state-of-the-art solutions for hygienic and efficient disposal of waste towards contributing to a safer environment.
