office opening

Lexmark International opens office in Saudi Arabia

RIYADH, October 13, 2015

Lexmark International, a global technology company creating enterprise software, hardware and services, has launched a new unit in Saudi Arabia, further expanding its presence in the region to support demand in the Middle East.

Lexmark Saudi Arabia, based in Riyadh, will focus providing Lexmark’s world class customer service to existing customers, while concurrently reaching out to new companies and organisations to help them better manage their unstructured information challenges with Lexmark’s award winning managed print services (MPS) offerings and unique software solutions, said a statement from the company.

The Saudi operations will be headed by Saeed Alajou, general manager Saudi Arabia, and will report to Mathias Militzer, general manager of the Middle East and Africa.

The office will be situated in the city centre of Riyadh and Lexmark is looking for Saudi nationals to fill crucial roles to help the growing demand for its products and services.

Militzer said: “Besides the growing demand of managed print and document services we recognise that unlocking the important content that is trapped in organisations’ paper and electronic documents is one of the biggest business challenge of today.”

“Local organisations are focused on implementing technologies and solutions that will assist them to become more efficient and remain competitive at a global scale,” he said.

“Our investment in this region is a testament to the growth in the market and we remain committed in making this vision a reality,” he added. – TradeArabia News Service
