Zebra Technologies Corporation, a global leader in products and services that provide real-time visibility into organisations' assets, people and transactions, has announced plans to launch a new channel partner program for the Middle East.
The new program, scheduled to start in January 2016, will identify, promote and serve channel partners and make it easier for them to conduct business with Zebra and be rewarded for providing value to customers, said a statement from the company.
The new program will also make it easier for channel partners to expand their relationship with Zebra and deliver innovative solutions to customers, it added.
The customer-centric partner program will combine the best of Zebra’s award-winning PartnersFirst program and the PartnerEmpower program to encompass a more inclusive channel ecosystem that addresses the needs of distributors, independent software vendors, resellers and system integrators, said the statement.
Zebra will provide training, education and incentives to partners to enhance their skills, ability to deliver innovation and serve as consultative channel partners to mutual customers, it added.
Hozefa Saylawala, the sales director for Middle East, said: “Zebra is more committed to the channel than ever before and the new program will provide expanded resources and capabilities - demonstrating the strength of the business and how we are better together.”
