Equate Petrochemical Company, Kuwait’s first international petrochemical joint venture, recently sponsored “Unleash Your Innovation Capabilities Workshop” which was conducted by the international innovation expert Stephen Shapiro.

The workshop, which was organised in partnership with Linkage Mena, Kuwait-based executive coaching institute, included highlighting the fundamentals and principles of innovation as a key for overall success with the participation of Equate management and employees.

Mohammad Husain, president and CEO of Equate, said: “Innovation is a definitive for success. For that, innovation is a key element of Equate overall sustainability-based strategy to ensure realising excellent achievements at every level.
