Kansai Paint event focuses on employee engagement

DUBAI, January 27, 2015

Kansai Paint, a Japan-based leader in the paint and coatings industry, is focusing heavily on employee engagement as more than 200 managers convened in Dubai to review last year’s business accomplishments and challenges against achieved its objectives this year.

The ‘Colour Me Kansai’ event, which took place at the Radisson Royal Hotel in Dubai, UAE, was the largest-ever regional meet for Kansai Paint, where its regional headquarters has been set up.

Syed Ameer Hamza Hasan, chief executive officer of Kansai Paint Mena and CIS, said: “Our kick-off event is a conference that I look forward to every year because it gives us the opportunity to embrace a new direction with my colleague’s together with aligning our growth and profit strategies.
