The plots in the Business District are for mixed use and will allow for residential, commercial or hospitality related developments and are under various stages of implementation. Additionally there are innumerable advantages of being situated on the Jumeirah coastline, close to the heart of the trading hub of Dubai and in close proximity to the international airport and cruise line hub at Port Rashid.
Drydocks World is also making major inroads into the repair & refurbishment, conversion and new building of rigs and offshore construction projects.
The company has been handling projects such as Dolwin beta HVDC Offshore Wind Energy Platform, which will eventually be towed to Germany, the Solan subsea oil storage tank for UK and the largest turret ever built for Prelude FLNG, which will be located near Australia.
