Tamkeen has launched its Supply Management Training programme for Bahrainis seeking new avenues of professional growth and a chance to contribute to national progress.

The project is being delivered by KPMG and the Bahrain International Retail Development Centre.

The project will cost BD714,500 ($1.9 million) and will run over four years as part of Tamkeen's efforts to identify skills gaps and provide training to help fill them, said a Tamkeen statement.

It will award participants with the Certificate in Purchasing and Supply (CIPS) or the KPMG-BIRD certification upon completion of the programme.

Registration is open for holders of Bachelor and other degrees., it added.-TradeArabia News Service
