Nexant Consultants International , an industry leader in delivering a full range of consulting services to the global energy and chemicals sectors, is set to open its new regional office in Bahrain.

Oil and Gas Affairs Minister and National Oil and Gas Authority (Noga) chairman Dr Abdulhussain Mirza will patronise the ceremony at the Capital Club, Bahrain Financial Harbour.

A specialised technical forum will then be held at the new office, in the presence of experts from Bahrain, the GCC and other foreign countries.

Dr Mirza will address the symposium, outlining Noga-led oil projects and other planned schemes, set to be carried out in the foreseeable future.

The minister hailed Nexant's Energy & Chemicals Consulting division for choosing Bahrain as a hub for its regional operations.

He also stressed the government's drive to attract leading global companies, provide world-standard services and streamline procedures.-TradeArabia News Service
