GMMOS bags workplace safety award

Gulf Marine Maintenance & Offshore Services (GMMOS) Company Dubai has received the Workplace Safety Award 2007.
The award, bestowed by the Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) System of Dubai Municipality, was presented at a ceremony held at the Al Murooj Rotana Hotel, Dubai, the company said in a statement.
Through this initiative, the municipality aims to encourage companies to maintain high standards in terms of health policy, accident prevention, natural resource preservation, and fire & emergency response.
“This is a very proud moment for GMMOS and indeed for the entire GMMOS Group. It is a proof of the fact that GMMOS has consistently upheld the health and safety of its employees as a crucial part of its vision and mission over more than 25 years of operations,” said GMMOS Group President & CEO Elias Nassif.

Operating from a bespoke state-of-the-art, 35,000 square meters fabrication yard and large-scale facilities located in Jebel Ali Industrial Area 1, GMMOS follows stringent HSE policies.
