Agility buys Spanish transport business

Kuwait logistics provider Agility said it has acquired the transport and warehousing business of Spanish firm Combalia Transportes Internacionales to expand its European activities.
The purchase enables Agility to boost its road freight service in Spain, the company said.
Agility said it paid 250,000 euros ($376,000) for the acquisition. - Reuters
