Cars Taxi, that operates taxi services in Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman, has expanded its operations to Fujairah.

The taxi company also revealed it was exploring the possibility of running taxis in the other emirates of UAE as well as in GCC and Far-East countries, said a report in the Khaleej Times.

Announcing the expansion plans, P S M Habibullah, joint managing director of ETA ASCON Group to which CARS Taxi belongs, said the company was planning to bring in a GPS tracking and dispatching system in all its taxies.

This system will help trace the movement of taxies -their exact point of location and operational informations etc. This will further facilitate in sending the taxies to the premises of the customers.
