Agility has won the “Best 3PL Provider of the Year” award at the first Supply Chain and Transport Awards (SCATA) held  in Dubai.

A global provider of integrated supply chain solutions, Agility has won the award twice before – in April 2006 and March 2004, a company spokesman said.

SCATA officially honours companies and individuals for excellence in the Middle East logistics industry to encourage industry players for their efforts while setting high standards for others.

Agility CEO Middle East and Africa Elias Monem said the award is in recognition of the company's extraordinary contribution to the development of third-party logistics in the region.

He said winning the SCATA honour further underlined the company’s major presence and penetration into the global logistics industry. - TradeArabia News Service
