VPS Healthcare to hire 5,000 emirati talent

VPS Healthcare, an integrated healthcare service provider with a network of hospitals and medical centres, has planned to recruit more than 5,000 employees in the next three years for its upcoming projects.
The higher emphasis in its recruitment strategy will be on hiring young Emirati talent, said a statement.
Dr Shamsheer Vayalil, managing director, said: “VPS Healthcare has numerous local and international projects in the pipeline, which will create over 5,000 jobs in the region in the next three years to meet the growing healthcare demands of the country with special emphasis on creating opportunities for emirati talents.”
VPS Healthcare is taking part in Arab Health Recruitment and Training Fair, the region’s largest such event - to be held at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre from October 31.
As a diamond sponsor of the event, VPS Healthcare is focusing on fulfilling the growing needs of the company and interacting with the diverse pool of healthcare professionals from across the globe.
“We strongly support UAE’s Vision 2021 National Agenda to accelerate the country’s goals of making UAE one of the preferred healthcare destinations of the World,” said Dr Vayalil.
The organisation currently has more than 7,500 employees from 60 nationalities sharing their best practices and providing the best of the medical care to the people of the region.
The fair will allow employers to interact with potential employees as well as network with other corporations in the industry, thereby benefiting individuals and companies mutually.
