TB vaccine shortage sparks alert in Bahrain

A vaccine crucial for immunisation against tuberculosis (TB) is currently in short supply in Bahrain, a leading doctor has revealed. Al Hilal Hospital paediatrician Dr Akhtar Amin said that several patients had come back to him after being unable to vaccinate their children, reported the Gulf Daily News (GDN), our sister publication.
