Jordan’s City Mall donates for paediatric room at KHCC

AMMAN, July 25, 2015

Jordan’s City Mall has signed a deal to donated an amount of 25,000 Jordanian dinars ($35,156) for the benefit of paediatric  patient room at the King Hussein Cancer Center’s (KHCC) expansion project.

The funds collected with help provide more space and increase KHCC’s capacity to treat more cancer patients, said a statement.

Princess Dina Mired, director general of King Hussein Cancer Foundation, said: “We at KHCC appreciate the support of City Mall, as this support will achieve a lot of Jordanian and Arab World’s patients’ hopes in getting the medical care and giving them the psychological care and support in one of the best comprehensive cancer care treatment in the region and the world.”  

Zaid Al-Daoud, general manager of City Mall, said: “This support stems from our deep belief in the noble role of the KHCC in serving cancer patients, an appreciation for the foundation’s exerted efforts, and believing in our essential role in serving the local society, as individuals and companies to support the fight against cancer.” - TradeArabia News Service
