Qatar medical congress finds big sponsor backing

The Qatar International Medical Congress (QIMC) 2015, a major exhibition and conference opening in Doha tomorrow (May 26) has announced its list of sponsors for the event.
The three-day event is taking place under the patronage of the Prime Minister of Qatar and Minister of Interior, Sheikh Abdullah bin Nasser bin Khalifa Al Thani at the Qatar National Convention Centre (QNCC) to support the regional medical sector’s needs.
Supreme Council of Health, Hamad Medical Corporation and the Primary Health Care Corporation are the Strategic Partners for QIMC 2015.
Rabih Karam, general manager of the organizing company at QIMC said: “In line with the Qatar National Vision 2030, QIMC 2015 aims to continuously support events that will lay the foundations for a healthy and strong society, and encourage innovation in Qatar’s healthcare sector.
Platinum sponsorship is being provided by Solutions for Services and Healthcare (SSHC), a leading healthcare institution in Qatar.
Gold sponsorship is being offered by Sharq Medical Supply, Al Madawat Medical Supplies, Al Wehda Medical Group, and Al Maha Medical Company.
Silver sponsorship is being offered by the Dr. Kaldari Surgi Art Centre, Flora Group, Al Obeidly GE, the Qatar Healthcare Directory and Barzan Medical Suppliers.
Qatar Development Bank (QDB), a financial entity fully owned by the government, is another development partner of the event.
In addition, further support is provided by Manateq as "Economic Zones Partner".
The Qatar National Convention Centre (QNCC), one of the globe’s most modern and environmentally sustainable convention venues, also confirmed its participation as supporting partner.
