VLCC opens outlet in Dubai Marina

VLCC, a premier preventive healthcare services and beauty brand in the Middle East, has announced the opening of its new branch at the Dubai Marina, which is exclusively for women.
The slimming, skin and hair care centre was inaugurated by award-winning Indian film actress Raveena Tandon and Vandana Luthra, the founder and mentor of VLCC.
The newly-opened centre on the ground floor of Marina Park Building, Dubai Marina will provide its services exclusively for women.
“Around 65 per cent of our patrons in the region are women and we wanted to provide them with an environment that is specially suited to their comfort and needs,” said Prafull Dwivedi, business head, VLCC International.
This is the company's 10th outlet in UAE and the 13th addition to its regional network. Besides the UAE, VLCC has two branches in Muscat (Oman) and Bahrain.
The group is planning to invest as much as $350 million by 2014, which is excepted to see 65 centres across the region in that time frame, Dwivedi said.
“In the next 6 months, we are set to open 5 more branches across Bahrain, Qatar and Kuwait followed by our aggressive entry into Saudi Arabia, Egypt and Levant in the first half of 2011,” he added.
The new centre will offer customised slimming and weight management services including Weight Loss, Body Therapy, Body Firming, Body Contouring, Gel Therapy and Lipofit programmes.-TradeArabia News Service
