Mercer has been established in the Middle East for more than 10 years and offers a wide range of regionally-tailored services and solutions to its clients, a statement said.

Mercer’s recent Global Talent Trends survey revealed that 78 per cent of organizations expect an increase in competition for talent in the UAE. As such, organizations are looking to be ahead of shifts in the market in order to attract top talent.  The company’s continued expansion in the regional will allow Mercer to proactively engage with the market, while delivering niche services to existing and prospective clients.
