India plans legal help for expats in Bahrain

A new scheme is being initiated by the Indian government to provide its nationals living in Bahrain with legal aid to fight labour disputes and rights violations. Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi announced the project, which would benefit nationals living in all Gulf countries, during a landmark visit to the UAE, said a report in the Gulf Daily News (GDN), our sister publication.
